Ed Practices II
 
Educational Practices II reviews and builds upon the basic concepts learned in Educational Practices I. Students will increase their understanding of the requirements of the teaching profession through observations and study of best practices in multiple settings. Observation analysis will be focused around the elements of effective instruction – planning and preparation, the learning environment, instructional strategies, and teacher/trainer professional responsibilities.

  • Director of Special Education with Special Education Panel *Factors Affecting Education
  • Observation of Early Childhood-High School teachers in multiple buildings (All feeder schools) on block days (1 day a week)
  • Assisting at Feeder schools at Holiday Celebrations and with special events by request
  • Ed Tech Week- Develop a Technical lesson and teach
  • Career Portfolio- Resume, Cover Letter, Classroom Management Plan, Philosophy of Ed
