e-Communication was informed today that they have been renewed as an Apple Distinguished Program for 2013-2015, a two-year designation. The program has been congratulated on its continued recognition as an exemplary learning environment for innovation, leadership, and educational excellence.
The administration & faculty in the e-Communication program have shown they demonstrate the five best practices of an Apple Distinguished Program: visionary leadership, innovative learning and teaching, ongoing professional learning, compelling evidence of success, and a flexible learning environment.
Apple has engaged with educators for over 30 years to explore and enhance the experience of teaching and learning. Their education mission is to provide a learning environment that supports the way students live and how they want to learn. They applaud programs, such as e-Communication that are able to advance this mission, ensuring all students are prepared for future success in work and life.
