Spencer Bergstrand

“After graduating from KU with a degree in Fine Arts: Visual Communication, I freelanced for a year and a half. I worked on various illustration and graphics jobs, including an internship and freelance position at Callahan Creek in Lawrence, KS.

During that time I also improved my web design skills by taking Dreamweaver and Flash classes at JCCC.

I use my knowledge of Apple computers and graphic design at my part time job at the Apple Store, where I use a sweet discount to keep my machines top of the line for freelancing. It also paid the bills more consistently than freelancing.

I just accepted a position at Barkley downtown as a junior editor in the Motion Graphics & Special Effects department where I use Final Cut and After Effects skills acquired in college and high school.

You can find my work and resume at my personal site that I created in my classes at www.rsbergs.com.”
