Millcreek Center

Millcreek Center programs provide students with cutting-edge, exciting opportunities to explore career interests and to prepare for college and/or employment in the areas of auto technology, auto collision, welding technology, and construction trades. Students learn specific industry skills through hands-on experience in fully-equipped labs/shops with state-of-the-art equipment.

Students apply to enroll through their Counselor at their High School
Students enroll as Juniors and/or Seniors
Sophomore tours take place in January
Classes meet for three class periods per day
Classes articulate with Johnson County Community College
Students participate in SkillsUSA and other organizations/competitions for scholarships and other awards
Programs align with industry standards and certifications
All instructors hold Kansas Teaching Certification/licensure
